In search of inspiration for your next novel, you—a writer—arrive at Neverhill Village, far removed from the modern world and steeped in ancient traditions. With the help of an old acquaintance, you settle in, hoping to uncover the secrets behind the legends of vampires.

But something feels off in Neverhill. The villagers avoid discussing the very thing you came for, treating the topic of vampires like a forbidden subject. 

In the depths of an old, abandoned mansion, you meet a vampire

...a not-so-vampire-like one.

He doesn’t drink blood.

As you’re drawn into the strange charm of this vampire, buried mysteries from the village’s dark history begin to surface. A tragedy 15 years ago looms over everything, and you can’t help but question: What’s the truth behind Neverhill?

ENDINGS HINT

In case you need a little guidance, here’s a hint for each ending:

• First and Second Endings : These should be straightforward! Just decide whether to run away or confront the truth.
  
  
• Third Ending : This one’s a bit trickier. I’ve left hints within the game, but here’s the key: They lied about it being the only way.
  You simply need to wait while listening to John Cage’s 4'33”. (Yep, that’s it! Take a moment to wander around and appreciate the ambient sounds, or if you prefer, you can just dig up the code.)
  
  
• I highly recommend aiming to unlock all three endings! Who knows what’s waiting for you. >v<

Hi there, it’s Plennty! Thank you for discovering my little game, Are You Really a Vampire??? (or R U VAMP for short). This game was created for Spooktober 2024, and it’s a labor of love crafted entirely by me, with invaluable support from my family and friends.

While this game might not be perfect, I’ve poured my heart into it. Learning my way around Ren'Py has been both a challenge and a joy, despite the headaches along the way...

Zephyr marks my very first completed visual novel, and I’m incredibly excited to share it with you all. I hope you love him as much as I do!
